My 30th B-day Present to Myself!
I started Sparks on April 26th as my 30th B-day present to myself. Initially I wanted to loose 30 pounds. From 164.5 to 133ish. I was uncomfortable in my clothes and skin! Here I am, 25 pounds lost and focusing on that last 5 pounds or so. The biggest struggle is preparing for the challenge. I started Sparks on April 26th as my 30th B-day present to myself. Initially I wanted to loose 30 pounds. From 164.5 to 133ish. I was uncomfortable in my clothes and skin! Here I am, 25 pounds lost and focusing on that last 5 pounds or so. The biggest struggle is preparing for the challenge. Eating a healthy breakfast and packing a healthy lunch everday has been the key to my success, thus far. The workouts have been fun and exhausting! There have been times I almost slipped. I got down about the water weight gain I had. I've wanted to eat alot of crap along the way, but didn't! I have stuck with it this far and plan to chug my through it all to my goal! I have completed the Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 video that got me started on toning. Now I am working through her Body Revolution Program. Jillian really drives for results! My waist, hips and thighs are shedding inches week to week and my body is toning up! BR is a 90 day program of balanced workouts and healthy eating. I expect to be lean and mean for my 30th! Thanks to all the people on my side, the spark buddies that blog back and forth daily and all the likes. This is what motivates me! I am here to stay with you and your goals! We got this!

My Program:
Diet: JM Fat Burning Diet (part of the Body Revolution program) 1200-1250 Calories Daily Balanced Intake Daily Low Sodium Low Cholesterol NO Soda/Refined Sugar NO Fried/Fast Food NO Sauces Basically all fresh, non processed foods only. Workout Plan: 6 Days/Week Includes: -3 Days/Week Cardio -4 Days/Week Strength -3 Days/Week Activities -1 Day/Week Rest Always Stretching Daily and After all Workouts and soreness Health: 6-8 Hours Sleep/Night Live Happy!
