My Goals:
Health, energy, that elusive "glow."
To make exercise a daily habit.
To eliminate my carb addiction.

My Program:
Activities: Hiking or long walks in suburbia, interval walk/jog/runs, bicycling, body-weight exercises, working-out at the campus gym.
Diet: Lots of natural protein, vegetables, and healthy fats. Trying to stay away from carbs.

Personal Information:
For the past decade I've been a hobby-baker. If there's one thing I'm good at it's making bread. But when it's around, that's my diet: bread and stuff to go with it. Didn't think it was a problem until pretty recently when I made the connection between some scary-weird symptoms and blood sugar instability. Ever since, I've been trying to break the addiction. It really is an addiction, too! Didn't have any success until I started eating Primal. That's taught me so much about the chemistry of carbs, how they make me feel and how the cravings start. Can't just omit "junk" food when regular bread is almost as bad, even more addicting in my case. Haven't been Primal for long but so far it's been a good experience. I'll update when I get more progress.

Thanks for my first comment. I actually get my supply of goats milk from a friend who has about a dozen goats. She gives me the milk i need i give her soap. She makes cheese too whuch is amazing. I added you as a friend, saw you are new too.
