Hi! I graduated from college in 2007 and since then my life has been a rollercoaster of peaks and not valleys, but deep monsterous caverns! Entering the "real world" comes with it's own freshman 15 (which I feel no one is adequately warned about) due to the never ending struggle of trying to make it to the top while having your life turned upside-down. This page is dedicated to all those who are trying to make something of themselves, but are constantly faced steep challenges along the way. If anyone reads this: I hope you realize that we're all in this together, and you're absolutely not alone!

Long Term:

Live openly surrounded by quality loving relationships.

Exemplify a healthy and happy lifestyle by successfully managing stress.

Acheive and maintain a BMI of 22. (approx 20 lb reduction of weight)

Be a well respected IP attorney running a sucessful and esteemed music publishing company with happy & healthy employees.

Acheive finanical success and be a generous steward in my community with my time and money.

Mid range:

Complete Couch 2-5K program in 9 weeks.

Declutter my surroundsing for a more peaceful environment (15 min a day... go FlyLady!)

Complete my first year of law school with a 3.8 GPA, while maintaining a healthy life balance.

Short Term:

Exercise 30min 3x/week

Track food daily

Meditate daily

Compliment someone daily

    Hi there... I just wanted to say that I definitely know where you're coming from! I graduated 2 years ago and I also find that I don't get outside and walk nearly as much as I used to in college, and it's hard to make time for yourself with a crazy schedule. I'm still trying to figure it out myself... Good luck!!
