Focusing on me and my goals now!!! I can do this!!

Where do I begin....time got away from me and I started to let life get the best of me with everything seeming to be going wrong now I am trying to come back and I see the pics I posted a year ago and well....here I go again and truly need the help and motivation of all those around me. I can't let this get the best of me I know I was a much livelier person when I was doing more with myself. I let the bad weigh me down and food, depression, and lonliness became my survival but I don't think ...

I can't let this get the best of me I know I was a much livelier person when I was doing more with myself. I let the bad weigh me down and food, depression, and lonliness became my survival but I don't think that was surviving at all that was just giving myself away....so many things have changed and now I need to start the journey again....this time with my family in tow. My bad choices have led to their bad choices and well now we all paying the price health wise and this is not where I want to be....so here goes it again...one step at a time!!

Now is my time to focus on healthy choices for myself and to be the healthy happy person I know that I can be and by using all the resources available to me....the motivation from others truly keeps me going but helps me to motivate others also...I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL DO THIS!! Focus will be my determination....

Live, love and laugh...a motto I try to live by...life really is too short and you never know when unforeseen changes may occur....so live today like its your last and be proud of who you are!!!

Your suggestions brought back fond memories of a group of people I use to run with. I was in my late 20s and they were in their 40's, 50's and 60s! You can only imagine how awesome it was to be around them and how much they taught me. Although I don't wish to run anymore, I still enjoy generating a "runner's high" out of a good cardio workout!
