So the wedding came and went, I lost 20lbs before it, and then once I came back from the honeymoon, never got back into the swing of things. Almost 15 lbs later I realized I was happier before the weight came back, so goal #1 get back to the 184 I was the days got married. Then work towards 150!
Mini Goals: To be 10lbs lighter by October 12th.
To actually get off my butt and incorporate strength training in my weekly life.
10,000 steps a day!
Some form of a workout 6 days a week. Even if it's just a walk. MOVEMENT is key!
