I've been fighting my weight ever since I can remember. I started as a chef, where my eating habits weren't too great, but I was constantly moving around, so that kept things in check. Migraines and other little health problems hit and they keep me from being as active as I would like to be. I now have a job seeing patients and doing medical insurance work. I am now at the point where I would really like to become a little healthier, and possibly make some friends ...

My Goals:
I have always been a little bigger, so I'm keeping my goals realistic.

I really just want to start incorporating more fruits and veggies into my diet, try cutting my sugar cravings, and get more active.
Personal Information:
I am almost 30 and have been married for about 3 years now. We have no children, but do have 3 dogs. They tend to think they are children!
Other Information:
I like to work Jigsaw Puzzles, read cookbooks, and garden. My husband has gotten me into a few video games, and I am also giving Zumba a try.
