Finally, something just for me!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to put my self first, for once in my life. I am a 40 yr old mother of two and a wife. I work full time and home school my children, ages 8 and 17. Needless to say I have not put my health or needs first in a very long time. This ends today. My stress levels are very high and I need to begin carving time out for me.

that you've decided to put you first. I also home school and have teenagers that just won't go away so I know how easy it is to lose track of time and not have any for yourself besides maybe sleeping. LOL! I've finally taking care of myself since 4/10 and it's amazing how great I feel and how much more I'm able to get done. 
My best advice is don't forget to laugh 
especially at these silly teens that think they wrote the book.
