My Goals:
1. To have a better body and look better in my summer clothes.
2. To feel and be healthier and control my 'numbers' without medications.
3. To inspire others to make the commitment to reach their fitness goals.
4. To make others aware that 40 somethings can feel and look great.
5. To keep up with my boyfriend and stay vicious so I can keep up for years to come.

My Program:
I have not kept up with my plan. However, I still am 26 pounds lighter than my worst weight. I also have very healthy lipid numbers now. I try to exercise and be very active. But, the real trick is monitoring myself and keeping myself accountable.

Personal Information:
My boys are now 13, 11, and 8 years old. I completed med school and started a family practice residency. I am divorced now and living with my boyfriend (sounds silly to say). He is very healthy and a great motivator for me.


Other Information:
I love caving in Lewisburg, WV! I love biking, both mountain and road. I'm really just a beginner, but I have a lot of heart. Here are some pictures of me caving. I'll try to add some bike pics.

Hope I did not catch you off guard tonight at the Life Center, I never see anyone from this SOMC team there when I go late in the evenings but Rue, I recognized you from SP and just wanted to say hi, hope you had a great workout.
