Hi, my name is Stephanie. I'm a college student and trying to lose a few pounds before the end of summer.

I started out at 145 this summer, and have gotten down to my goal of 125. :) My original goal was 115, but that seemed to be too thin for me. Now my goals are to learn how to cook better, eat better foods, and maintain my weight of course! I'm also doing more strength training to tone a bit more.

It's kind of tricky being a college student and also not knowing how to cook. Time can be very sparce. As can money and funds. But I'm trying to do the best I can with what I have.

My boyfriend and I like to go out to eat a lot, so I also want to try to make the best choices possible when we do. That can also be tricky at times!

I'm currently calorie cycling, to help keep my metabolism up. I try to work out 5-7X per week.

Looking at your page (mostly your weight tracker) has motivated me just now. I see that you started off at the weight I am now, and you are almost to MY goal weight.

Thank you for making me believe it is possible!

Do you have any pointers (exercises, diet, ect?) for me that you would like to share?

Take it one day at a time. There is a lot of information on weight loss and nutrition. Also listen to your body. Keep smiling as you lose the weight.
