Hmm any tips? I would suggest continually mixing things up. I lost 30+ pounds prior to trying HCG and it was a variety of walking / biking / exercise tapes - anything that seemed interesting or different to keep me going. I get bored easily. :)
Now that I've completed a round I am not planning on starting another round. I'll get back outside walking again. I find that is good for the weight and the mind as well. Living in WI we don't get a lot of warm months!!
