Hey I've read some of your blogs and hear you on the expense of food. i think frozen or canned food is fine if thats all you can get, it sure is better than all the junk food. If your not spending money on junk food then it starts to not be as expensive.

What are some of the ingredients you need that is expensive? There are alot of recipes that call for some ingredients that I can't get cause they are too expensive and I end up using several recipes and just using what I have the make my own recipes (I have some recipes on my blogs and I have some more coming)

I go to all the stores (I have over 5 stores close to me ) and get the product on sale.

I know how hard it is, but you just can't give up cause your health is tooo important to give up. Well this is how I look at it when I go off my plan (after I kick myself and I 'm kicking myself today...lol)

Wow...sounds like you are very ambitious in the workout department...lots of variety is great too! That way you don't get sick of anything! I love how you get active with your son...good example for him!
I think my plans for today will be 100 mins on my treadmill- this is one of my challenge goals to complete twice a week. And since it is so beautiful outside...finally...I'll take the dog to the dog park this afternoon and hopefully get a nice relaxing walk in early evening. Whew...sure glad I'm on holidays for 4 more days...get to log some exercise minutes in!
