Learning to Love Me, One Day at a Time

I am a classic variety yo-yo dieter, on-again-off-again health fanatic, and exercise junkie.

I would like to change all of that.

My goal for joining the Spark community involves working on my relationship with food and fitness. I want to have a better relationship with the both what I do with and put into my body. In doing so I hope to work towards finding peace with my body-image.

My Goals:
I want to use Spark to track my nutrition and fitness on a day-to-day basis. This way, I can see what I'm doing right as well as what I'm doing wrong.

My Program:
I am working on adding more strength training to my workout routine. This is something that I have often struggled with incorperating into my fitness system in the past.
