Formerly La_Eats. I am back to Spark one more time. Historically I am a yo-yo'er and Spark is the only tool that I have found that truly works for my weight loss. This time last year, I made a 30 before 30 list while in the peak of my Spark participation. One of those 30 was to be at my goal weight and maintaining. My 30th birthday is tomorrow, and I am almost back to the original weight that I started my journey at 10 years ago. Enough is enough.

So, I started off strong with the paleo diet, but last week had really bad cravings for carbs and binged on them a couple of days. I have been trying to stay creative because I still don't eat red meat. I am concentrating on chicken and seafood for my protein sources. So, what is your average day like eating.

Also, you mentioned that you were doing a modified version of it, what does that entail? I guess the real issue is that I need food ideas. Since I drink protein shakes in the morning that has been easy. However, ideas for lunch and dinner have been slightly more difficult. I also cook for the other folks in my house who are not eating this way.

Anyway, any help or advice you can offer would be great. I don't want to feel like I am gorging on meat all of the time and I feel like my intake of veggies has decreased tremendously since I started this journey.
