I am a step-mom to 2 wonderful children...I own a small novelty shop in my home town...I like to enjoy life to the fullest cause you never know when god will come and get you....I started this challenge because I want to be almost at my goal weight by the time I will be turning 30....I am the type of person who likes to snack at night and drink lots and lots of juice...But I know if I cut that out and drink lots of water I will shed my inches and pounds that are no longer wanted....YES (FAT) ...

My Goals:
I am engaged to be married...soo one of my goals is to fit into my wedding dress...another goal is to be able to shop in regular sizes not PLUS....I also have a goal that "If i loose weight I will have more energy and feel better about myself"....So I guess that my ULTIMATE GOAL IS : I WANT TO BETTER MY LIFE WITH HEALTHY CHOICES!!!!!
My Program:
My program consists of cadio almost everyday and strength train on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.....I am eating regular sized portions and eating more veggies than meat...And the big one is drink lots of water!!!!

I am from Saint Andre NB, it's a small quiet town (except when I let the dog out...lol) I like it that way....My real name is Krista Rudolph (yes I said RUDOLPH like the reindeer....lol)It's original so it fits me well if you know me...
