My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and maintain that loss, continue to expand upon my healthy eating and finding more recipes and snacks. But ultimately I aspire to have tone and sculpted arms!!
My Program:
As I dislike classes, my primary forms of exercise are at-home cardio and sculpting DVDs. At the gym, I exclusively use the treadmill.
