JOURNEY TO A HEALTHIER BEGINNING
HELLO! I am 26 yers old with a 7 yr. old and married to the most wonderful man almost 4 years 11/21/2010. I plan to lose weight and maintain it. I currently weigh 197 and plan to lose about 45lbs. to hit a weight of 150-160. With the journey I know that it will get rough but I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. I currently weigh 197 and plan to lose about 45lbs. to hit a weight of 150-160. With the journey I know that it will get rough but I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Phil 4:13 My goal is to be at a healthy weight were I am most comfortable. Update: Goal has not been met YET, but i'm back and on track!!! Down from 197-189.2 just by changing my eating habits and moderate exercise. As of 8/15/2011 I am now at 185.6 which is 19.4 lbs lost since I first began using Sparkpeople. I can now fit into a size 12-14 comfortably. YAY!!

My Program:
Currently walking, doing exercises at home, eating well-balanced meals- not eating after 7:00 p.m. and changing the way that I eat to promote better health. I have found out that drinking water before each meal cuts the amount of food that you are likely to eat.
Other Information:
I love listening to Gospel music and reading inspirational books. I'm loving the change that God has made in me. I'm living to live again.
