THANK YOU for the tips on spin class! I so appreciate that. I figured the saddle adjustment would just take a little while and was just going to tough it out. Good to know that's a good plan! :) I did try to keep my elbows loose, and the instructor kept reminding us to do that, too, so I'll keep that in mind, too. Definitely going to pace myself better and keep the intensity my own. Anyway, thank you again! No endorphin high giggles over here yet, but maybe in a couple of weeks... ;)
