I don't think you're going to find too much issue with solicitation Email here. emoticon I've been on this site for several years, and aside from the occasional Email from a message board leader regarding something that has to do directly with the message board, it hasn't been a problem!

Welcome to sparkpeople

If I had one tip for you it would be to track your food. I know it can be annoying at times but it really is a necessary component for ongoing success. I have been on sparkpeople for almost 2 years and I still track my food daily.
