Maybe just use heavier weights? haha. And I haven't truly done the 90 day program...completed the first two months over the summer (I had to stop because life got in the way) and while I noticed minor changes, I wanted more, but I also wasn't tracking my food. Now that I'm starting the 3rd month I hope to see more results (decrease fat, tone up). Maybe I'll have to check out GISG bikini when I'm done with Jillian, I'll be sick of her and in need of changing things up!

No, I'm not following her eating plan. The food looks good but I don't think I want to spend the money on those specific foods. I eat pretty well though. I'll have to try some of the recipes that she has.
It is hard for me to stay at 1200 cals so we'll see how long I can keep it up. Might have to go up to 1300 or 1400 because I get so lightheaded. 1454 days ago
