Aiming to loose it all and keep it off too.

I used SP a year ago to help me drop down in size. It completely changed me! I went from size 16 to 12 (UK) in just a few months! I also lost 5KG in total in that period of time which is 1pound away from a stone.
I did stop the tracking after that, and manged to maintain the loss and am still dropping the pounds!
I want to reach my second stone loss by the end of June 11, which is why I re-joined with bigger goals and ...

My Goals:
After re joining again now after a year off SP, my goals are higher now!
- To lose my 2nd stone this time around
-to drop another 3rd stone by the end of 2011.

Hopefully resulting in my dress size to drop to 8 UK (the one figure number dress size every one dreams of)

My Program:
my target tracking for my cals a day is between 1100-1300. on average my intake per day is 1150 or sometimes under by 100!

I'm also aiming towards keeping fit 6 days a week! This time around I want to stretch my workout time between 80-90 mins aiming to burn no less than 850 cals.

I hope you've enjoyed your weekend. I went to the flea market on Saturday....long day and it was super HOT! I have so much stuff to get rid of before I move in August. Today my hubby and friends took me out to dinner for my upcoming birthday, then to the mall---I purchased jackets for the kids for school and some Vicky Secret's Love Spell (that stuff smells GREAT—I think it's my favorite.)


Can't say that I've been completely on track but not beating myself about it. Lifestyle not diet.


Let's keep moving forward.


We CAN do it!
