If You're Lucky Enough to Live by the Beach, You're Lucky Enough...

I'm moving to the beach. 4.5 blocks away. I am SO THRILLED to be able to LIVE life again! I will surf, stand-up paddleboard, do paddleboard yoga, do yin yoga and power yoga, walk the beach, learn how to skateboard, regain a connection to riding a bike, etc.

I'm also thrilled beyond belief to cook more! I'm about to really fall in love with food in a vibrant, healthy way. I'm starting the Whole 30 next week and am eager to kick the sugar cravings I have. But I'm about to really get ...

I'm also thrilled beyond belief to cook more! I'm about to really fall in love with food in a vibrant, healthy way. I'm starting the Whole 30 next week and am eager to kick the sugar cravings I have. But I'm about to really get fun and funky with cooking. I got an old school Vitamix at an antique shop that works great. I just purchased a food spiraler and am keen to make zoodles (zucchini noodles!). I even went out and got a nut bag so I can milk my nuts (snicker!)

In short, so so many amazing things are right ahead of me and I see a vibrant, healthy, happy me just around the corner. :)

hello happy person,
thanks for keeping me a happy person! i always look back at your notes and they make me smile :)
i found a gym buddy!! i have FREE access to a phenomenal gym for the university (complete with a pool and a sauna and a rockwall...) and a girl i work with wanted to carpool but she's a gym-goer... so now i am too!! the elliptical is so sweet, it even has a fan built in! plus it overlooks a court full of b-ball cuties :) at least you have been exercising once in a while... i find that going back even once after so long is the hardest... and i swam today and couldn't do the fly like i used to. sad. i am old and overweight. sad.
tring to be good and trying to get back into it. visit next weekend still?? miss you...

I was just looking through my old comments on my sparkpage and I remembered your comments about trying yoga. Well... I never did get around to that till we got a Wii Fit in the family, but I have now and it was pretty good. Just thought you would want to know you were right.

Hey Girly
I'm still around. I'm swamped with teaching art classes at a summer camp, teaching spin and max muscle classes at my gym and keeping up with my graphic design clients. Needless to say, my spark time has suffered. Only 2 more weeks of camp though yay!! How are you doing?? Congrats on your tri!!
