GONNA MAKE IT THIS TIME !!
HI I AM 48 YEARS OLD AND HAVE LET HEALTH ISSUES AND LIFE GET THE BEST OF ME. I HAVE FINALLY REACHED THE POINT WHERE I REALIZE I AM NOT GOING TO MIRACULOUSLY LOOSE THIS WEIGHT I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...AND WITH HELP FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND THIS WEBSITE I CAN AND WILL DO IT. I have arthritis in just about every joint and in my spine, along with degenerate disc disease. I also have fibromyalgia due to an injury inccurred at my job ( long time not working ) Back injury prevents ...

I also have fibromyalgia due to an injury inccurred at my job ( long time not working ) Back injury prevents a lot of physical activitie but i do try to do as much as i can. i am at my heaviest this year 330...yikes did i really write that ? lol but yes. i have lost 10 - 14 pounds ( see blog lol) and know i can do it i have lost it before i actually got down to 165 felt awesome and thats my goal..... MY MANTRA : EAT HEALTHY. BE ACTIVE.REPEAT CONSISTENTLY !

I AM 48 YRS OLD HAPPILY MARRIED STILL ON HONEYMOON BEEN MARRIED 6 YRS THIS YEAR LOL .I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA, AND ARTHRITIS AND EXERCISE IS VERY DIFFICULT EVEN WALKING , BUT I AM GOING TO TRY HARD TO BE MORE ACTIVE.
