Stop the madness!!!

Well, I moved to a new city away from all my friends and family for a job that I love. But since I have been here, I have literally gained 5 lbs per month. Then, I got poison ivy and spent 2 months on & off steroids. Now I am at my highest weight ever. I am hoping this site will give me the support and motivation to reverse that trend.

Hello, I am Audrey and just was looking around to see if I could find someone with the same start wt as me and here you are. You are the closest one so far and I wanted to introduce myself:) Just dont feel like someone starting out at 180lbs is gonna relate as well with me.
I am at 271 right now, just put on nine pounds in one month, not good! But just wanted to see if you wanted to K.I.T and maybe keep each other on our toes! :) Good luck!

Hey, I just ate dinner. So all my nutrition information is accounted for and I actually ate under 1550 calories. Yay! Anyway, my folate is always way low. I don't know what to do about that. Everything else is in range today including...are you ready for this??? My carbohydrates!!! Go me!!!

Good to see you on here. Now, make sure you keep track of everything you eat so that you can be accountable for the calories, fat, carbs...everything you consume. If we are completely honest with ourselves, and are totally serious about accomplishing this goal, we can't fail!
