Positivity is the key!
Hello! My name is Pam and I'm determined to get back on track. What I need most is some motivation! I traded in my fast pased job for a desk job and gained 60 pounds! If I'd only known! It is my goal to get myself out of the office chair, and off the couch, and hopefully get myself back on track. I know I can do this, because I've done it before, and kept it off for about 4 years until I got this job and got lazy. Now my work has provided a fitness challenge with $500 dollars going to the winner! now that's motivation!

My Goals:
1. Since the shortness of breath and palpatations were from Graves Disease...now that I'm on meds to controll all this...I can have a new goal! How about - enjoying the new found energy I have. Or....joining a gym! Oy ya! I'm SO ready to hit up a gym!
My Program:
Basically I am Either walking or doing a video for 30- 60 minutes 5 days a week. I am focusing on getting at least 30 minutes in a day, and stretching every 2 hours when I am at my desk.
Personal Information:
I am a stay at home medical coder in Ohio who loves family, dogs (I have 3), books, and music.
