This is a brand new year(2011) and I am ready to see a brand New ME!!

I started my New Year(2011) with major surgery on Jan 3rd and have not been able to exercise ever since. I had a TAH(Total Abdominal Hysterectomy)and my Dr gave me the ok to start getting back into an exercise routine. I am only 2 months post-op so I am not sure what my body will allow but I can at least walk and ease into the rest when I am able.

I have gained about 10 pounds since the surgery and can really see it and feel it.My Dr also has me on Phetermine pills to help with the weightloss. I decided to try the 17 Day Diet by Dr Mike Morreno. Today is my 1st day of starting my Diet and Exercise routine.

Since having my TAH I feel 100% better and I am so happy that the pain is gone and I feel that I made the right choice for me. So here's to a New Year & a New Me!!!

emoticon Hi! Did you figure out how to change your SparkPage background? It looks like you did because your page is lovely. However, just in case, all you need to do is click on the "Edit My Sparkpage" button in the upper right, then choose your "Design Options" - just play around a little bit until you like what you see.

We don't live too far from each other... maybe next month you'll be able to join us at the Meet & Greet, the second Sunday of each month.
