Ok you step on the scale tomorow and it is up, don't let that number define you.. it is just a measure... if you have been staying with in calorie range and fitness range then you are working towards your goal.. and if not..then you can start right now even thought it is Sunday make a commitment that your next meal will be healthy your next snack will be healthy..if you cannot get out for a walk today dance at home, jog in place 10 minutes that is all you need.. hope that helps and drink as much water as you can but not after 7pm tonight.. Hello fellow spider! I too also had a gain this weigh in, so I am here to tell you we cannot give up! You have so many stressors in your life which is going to make it harder for you but I have faith and confidence that you will make it through this difficult time and lose the weight. Let's both have a better weigh in next week!
By the way, I am very proud of you trying to quit smoking as well. It is difficult to do especially when you are trying to lose weight but it is just another way of taking care of yourself! Congrats!!!
