Hang it there. My brother and sisters are diabetic and our dad was too. I found that whole grains help keep the sugar levels more steady, which also will helps the numbers. Also, natural sweetness from fruit is better. They all use Splenda for sweetner. Be careful if you use a juicer because the juice will be higher in sugar than if you ate thefruit and veggies. I found this out the hard way with my Dad years ago.
