I know how you feel. I gained 2lbs but I just told myself that it's going to happen and instead of sitting back and dwelling on how and why it happened, i'm going to move forward and get back on track. You can do it. This is just a little bump in a long road. Weight loss is a journey and eating healthy and exercising is a life long comittment. Sure you may have gained a pound in the past week but think of the overall picture and your overall goal of a more healthy life and you'll overcome the little bumps without any problems. You can do it girl, I believe in you!
