My Overall goal is to lose 71 pounds ...approximately 2 pounds per week.
Tracking my food on SP, 8 glasses of water per day, go to the gym 4-5 per week and work out on a variety of equipment including the treadmill, stationary bike and trying all classes that are offered. I definitely will be participating in Yoga/Pilates classes and weights for women.

We had a great Christmas and New \years. Thanks for asking Cathy. We went to Foxboro on New years day to visit my aunt and uncle who invite everyone on my mom's side. it was nice to see all the aunt and uncles and cousins. Hope your holidays was great also. keep in touch. Brenda
