    She's 1 and a half now (I still can't believe it! She said "mommy" instead of "mama" for the first time yesterday!). And that's awesome you have little ones too! It was funny, I was feeding her grilled chicken and greens beans and I'm sitting there eating a cheeseburger! Talk about motivation.
    The before pictures are just so motivating for me too. It's not where I want to be, but looking at them I'm like, ok self, what parts of that body do you want to change to fit into that skirt. And it refocuses me and shows me that it's hard work, but it isn't impossible. :)

    That's unfortunate that it isn't very active! Maybe there is a different community site for the flat belly diet that is still active? Kind of a pain to have to go to multiple sites, though! Hope the diet works for you!

    I'm starting to pay more attention to what I eat. I have been eating way healthier than I used to this month, but my calories have been anywhere from 1500-2000. Mostly around 1600. Spark currently wants me to be around roughly 1400-1600 cals based off how much I weigh, how much I want to lose & how many calories I burn per week. I'm wondering how often that range will change, since hopefully I will continue losing weight & over time be able to burn more calories! :) Overall, I'm really happy with what I have been eating. I just need to find a few more recipes & I think I'll be set! :)

    Hi! Thanks so much for telling me about BabyFit.com- I had no idea it existed! I am already part of a different Spark Team called Getting Fit Before Baby, but it doesn't appear to be super active. I think it's great you also got healthy before (or during) your pregnancies. & also great that you are now working on dropping the extra weight due to the pregnancies- lol!! It's kind of a scary thought to me, that I am working so hard to drop this weight BEFORE pregnancy, and then putting it all back on! However, I read that it is "easier" to lose weight after birth if you consistently exercise throughout the pregnancy... lets hope that is true! ;)

    Best of luck to you in losing your 50lbs. It's hard, but so worth it!! emoticon
