I have been on this Get Healthy Ride for a long long long time! I have seen many ups and downs of losing weight, gaining weight, eating healthy, and not eating healthy. One thing that this is taught me is to never give up, even when you feel down in the dumps. Giving up is simply not an option! On to the next round in this journey. It's time to make it count! Here is my plan for the next part of my journey: 1. Track my food 2. Keep up with my workout schedule of cardio 5x a week and ST 5x a week (this is one area that I've been pretty consistent with...fortunately) 3. Stop eating out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. Don't look at the scale and measure success by it. I lost the most weight when I went out of the country and focused more on enjoying myself and exercising self-control than by checking my weight every week at home! 5. Remember to be happy regardless of my weight! ๐Ÿ˜

    Thanks for visiting the blog and leaving a comment. I hadn't posted a blog in so long I was surprised to find notification of a post! I agree with you about the zzzzzzzzzzzzs. I never get enough at night despite early to bed most nights..so have taken up my mother's practice of a nap in the early afternoon if I can get it. That is a common practice in hot climates (and it has been HOT here this summer!) I am finding I look forward to that bit of down time.
