That was the most frustrating thing when I started gaining weight. I was exercising daily, including a balance of strength training, HIIT, walking and yoga/stretching. I've had difficulty getting back to that routine after a broken toe last year and surgery last summer. That is one of the biggest things I am working on!
Food allergies essentially require me to eat clean. My biggest issue is overeating fruit! Just can't get enough of it!
