Sparking to a Healthier Me

45 year old single female who has been overweight since age 12, but significantly overweight since hitting 30. I would like to get down to 175 lbs, but the charts say that I need to get down to 135 lbs. Sigh...so my goal is to continue improving my nutrition and my physical fitness.
