It's come to my attention that you all may not be getting new post notifications from Bipolar Mania! Here is a way to fix that, if you want to. I'd love to see more involvement. Please check to see if you are getting Bipolar Mania! information. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Click on the orange tab 'community' at the top of this page. Click Spark teams. On the top of your list of teams it will say 'manage my team emails/settings'. Click on it. & You can fix which notifications you want/get for EACH of tour teams in there. Put a check IN the boxes of notifications you want from each team individually. Let me know if that helps.
I would like to start some new threads & challenges so I'm looking for ideas & suggestions from members of Bipolar Mania! To help! I want to add games & other thing you all are interested in. Probably not weight loss/exercise per se because there seems to be plenty of that support in other teams. I'm hoping to be more about socializing 7 always knowing you have a safe place to share & offer help if you can. If there is enough interest in weight loss I will be willing to do that as well. Please send your ideas to me through a SparkMail if you'd like to participate!
