My Goals:
I would like to lose 10 pounds. I've maintained my weight for many years but have always struggled to lose that last 10lbs. I think it has something to do with my love for peanut butter :-) I also want to work to get myself to a new level of productivity and energy that can help me in all aspects of life.

My Program:
I'm working out very consistently. My goals is to maintain my diet and increase my exercise for starters and then adjust my calorie consumption as needed.

Personal Information:
I am from Cincinnati, OH and have been a member of the SparkPeople team since 2002. I love the outdoors and outdoor activities as well as helping people achieve their goals!

Other Information:
I'm active in a very healthy and vibrant Christian Church. I've got a wonderful wife and a baby girl who mean the world to me.

I'm a tad confused... there are 2 places for "I deserve a treat" in order to enter into the contest does it matter??? or does it have to be in the one for "post to enter sweeps forum"? I can copy and paste if needed... I wrote a book I'm sorry I guess I should of read further...and seen what everyone else posted.

Thanks for your warm welcome to the Deserve A Treat forum by Skinny Cow.

I posted my ultimate treat when I introduced myself in the forum. Now I will work on thinking up mini treats as I reach my mini goals.
