Feeling better already!

My name is Shawnya and I am a 28 year old mother of 3 kids under the age of 8. Even though my "baby" is 4 (and a half, but who's counting??), i still have the 'baby belly' going on.... I have lost 40 pounds so far, and I want to lose 12-15 more. I started my weight loss program after the first of the year, and it hasnt been easy. My Goals:
My #1 goal is to just feel better about myself. That being said, it would also be nice not to have to wear a cover-up at the beach!!!

My Program:
I am drinking 8, 8 oz glasses of water daily, as well as cutting out high colorie drinks such as iced tea (my fave!) and soda. I am more aware of the food i eat now, and i excersize for atleast 30 minutes daily. (or try to anyway!!)

Personal Information:
I am from Lancaster County in Pennsylvania. I have been married for nearly 10 years to my high school sweetheart, Jose.

hey! i haven't been on sparkpeople in a while...long story. it was good to see a note from you when i got back!

i'm stuck too at this point. probably mostly due to not coming on as often. i'm looking forward to spring so i can resume running outside. moving to warmer climates in june, too so that will help.

keep up the good work on your end, remember just find a way to put that frustration towards working harder! (i take mine out on the leg press!)

you know I haven't been exercising or anything since Superbowl! I feel a differance too! Whats weird is I feel fat again but I keep going on the scale every morning and I haven't gained any more weight! I am seriously trying to get back in the game today! I can feel a differance in my body and the way I feel! It sucks! How are you doing?

The abs one is really good! It's only 12 mins. and I can feel it! Plus I got one of those things that velcrows *spelling* around your belly to make your extra fat sweat. The butt buster is hard! I get cramps in my ass...lol...I have tried it 2 times and yesterday was the second and I mademy aunt do it with me and we only got through 4 mins. of it! It hurt! I think I will take it slow on that video! You should try it though!
