Hi I'm Michelle. I live in Ga. with my husband and our two children. I am a teacher and caregiver by nature. I stayed home with my children, had a home daycare, and took care of my grandmother in my home until she passed away. I was a substitute teacher during the school year and a daycare provider in the summer. I was a pre-k paraprofessional. Now I work with special needs children I teach Vacation Bible School and am an alternate Sunday School teacher. I coached PeeWee Cheerleading and I volunteer at the Crisis Pregnancy Center. It's seems my whole life revolves around others. Now I am taking up a cause for myself! Losing weight!!

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I'm tired of not wanting to look at myself in the mirror!! I am tired of wearing cover-ups over my bathing suits. After 6 years of starting then stopping diets, I am fed up! I am starting this lifestyle change! When one diet hits a plateau I wil start something else. I will get in shape! I will weigh 120 pounds again!

My Goals:
All through high school and college I weighed 120 or less. After I gave birth to my son at 23 I weighed 132. Then at the age of 28 I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was also caring for my grandmother full-time. I turned to stress eating. By the time my daughter was born I weighed almost 160. . I am determined to weigh 120 again!

Track my calories and exercise. Just started the 90 day Body by Vi challenge

I am a Christian wife and mom. I am ready to not "DIET" but change my family's eating habits. This is a lifestyle change- NOT A DIET!

    Be sure to re-read the beginner check lists on the MY POINTS
    page, about halfway down.
    Just take it slow. For the weight, pick just 1, 2 or 3 items
    to focus on until they become a habit. When I first started
    Spark, I joined a dozen teams, set 20 daily goals and
    DIDN'T DO ANY OF THEM!
    After several start-overs, finally go it. Picked 6 glasses of water
    and 5 minutes of exercise daily. After a couple of weeks, upped.
    We are re-learning a lifetime of bad habits. Slow is ok.
