Starting Over...

When you have looked far and wide for help through life and found no hope, look to God.

I am ready to become the "picture of health" that I desire to be, will you join me?

2015, so this was what I said years ago. And I did okay for awhile. Now I find myself heavier than I have every been like 0 motivation. But the lifestyle I am living is a form of slow suicide. I am destroying my health and myself.

So I plan to just work to be consistent, I will get there.
