Wow does that statement ever some up my existence. My name is Stephanie and I've constantly tried and succeeded at proving everyone wrong when it comes to telling me I can't do something! Now my biggest fight is with myself and telling myself I can't lose this weight. Well body I'm here to say you can and you will get in shape!!!

Now my biggest fight is with myself and telling myself I can't lose this weight. Well body I'm here to say you can and you will get in shape!!!

I'm married to the most wonderful man, and when it comes to things I want to do or goals I have set for myself he is my #1 supporter and fan. Last night I told him I want to lose a bunch of weight, he said, "Baby I love you the way you are and you don't need to change a thing, but if it's something you need to do for your lets do it!" That is my motivation right now.

My kids are my second motivation! I want to be able to run freely with them in every area of life. Right now they are both under 5 but soon it's going to be running to baseball, football, soccer etc and I want to be able to practice with them, show them moves...and right now at 272lbs I can't do that without wanting to DIE! So, here's to a new me! I'm looking for a buddy, motivators, and people to keep me accountable. I look forward to meeting you and learning about your journey's as well...that in itself is motivation for me!

Don't worry I didn't do a very good job yesterday either. I was out running errands with my kids all day and when they got hungry I fed them...McDonald's...and of course I ate too! I went over my calories too, not by much but it was enough! Then when my husband got home from work he had Burger King with him...he is a bad influence lol! Be proud of yourself for staying under your calorie range...the only thing I cut out of my diet for good was soda...everything else is still open to as long as I stay within my calorie range. So in my opinion, you didn't have a bad day...you might be having one today though! I hope not but in my experience, bad food brings bad days...and I slept late today and still didn't wanna get up when my kids got up...it just makes me feel icky! Hopefully you're having a better day than I am! emoticon emoticon

Hi, you are doing great. Congratulations on your progress. I've been working on a winning attitude while taking the stairs at work. Gone for a walk with the dog to several new parks this week for extra exercise. Hope you have a great weekend.
