Wow does that statement ever some up my existence. My name is Stephanie and I've constantly tried and succeeded at proving everyone wrong when it comes to telling me I can't do something! Now my biggest fight is with myself and telling myself I can't lose this weight. Well body I'm here to say you can and you will get in shape!!!

I'm married to the most wonderful man, and when it comes to things I want to do or goals I have set for myself he is my #1 supporter and fan. Last night I told him I want to lose a bunch of weight, he said, "Baby I love you the way you are and you don't need to change a thing, but if it's something you need to do for your lets do it!" That is my motivation right now.

My kids are my second motivation! I want to be able to run freely with them in every area of life. Right now they are both under 5 but soon it's going to be running to baseball, football, soccer etc and I want to be able to practice with them, show them moves...and right now at 272lbs I can't do that without wanting to DIE! So, here's to a new me! I'm looking for a buddy, motivators, and people to keep me accountable. I look forward to meeting you and learning about your journey's as well...that in itself is motivation for me!

    Hey, just stopping by to check in on you. You are making progress. Maybe it's not as fast as you like but YOU ARE making progress. Sometimes the journey slows down for a while. Take a moment to see how far you have come. You lost 8 pounds in a month. Okay. Think about it. In the past, you could have gained 8 pounds in that month so easily. Looking back it is amazing how quickly I can put on weight but I am committed to keep this journey moving forward. Sometimes the journey has rough rocky patches but remember, the view up ahead is worth the sweat!
