You're beautiful, lean, strong and healty. Your body is changing as we are aging. Thank goodness your weight is under control - take it from someone going through menopause, who workouts like crazy and loses about .5lbs per week. Dang. Also, I'm on SB. Enjoy where you are, cutie pie.

Just keep on your program; don't weigh yourself.

It's so hard sometimes but I'm right there with you-the scale is making me crazy but I can't actually set the numbers on it but I can do other things that will eventually cause the numbers to decrease. Those are the things I am concentrating on.
