Thanks for commenting on my food blog! I actually got "Food, Inc." from my local library. It's a documentary on the food industry. Very good! You migth be able to see it on Netflix or Hulu.com too.

Thanks for checking out my vlog. The post-it notes are how I mark my exercise streak. One note for each day. I got the idea from reading The Spark. One of SparkGuy's co-workers started it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Sounds like you're back in the groove and the pounds are dropping--GOOD for you!

I've heard good things about Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm not a Dr. Pepper fan, I am however addicted to Diet Squirt. Don't tell anybody, cause they are saying such horrible things about even DIET soda. I figure, no calories--it's okay with me!
