My Goals:
Right now I have two goals besides losing weight, run in a 5K or 10K and then a half marathon.
My Program:
I am running 3-4 miles 4-5 days a week and starting salsa lessons and going to a zumba class once a week. I am trying to watch what I eat but it is hard.
