Weight has been an issue all my life. A few times I have been able to bring my weight down--never as low as I want--but then it comes right back and then some. I'm trying to keep my expectations low so that I won't be disappointed again.

My Goals:
I want to to get my weight down to between 160-180 lbs., take the stress off of my arthritic knee, and possibly reduce or even get rid of my medications for diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
