9 Day Super Challenge - The 40 Day Super Challenge seemed like a really good idea. Just what I needed to drop a pants size. Well - I didn't stick with it. So this challenge is to participate in the final 9 days of the 40 day challenge. The challenge is to average 60 minutes a day exercise, stay within calorie range, 8 glasses of water daily and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. The challenge runs from April 1st through April 10th.
April's Exercise Madness - Exercise regularly and track. The goal here is to reach one of the following levels. Gold Medal - 2000 plus minutes Silver Medal - 1500 plus minutes Bronze Medal - 1000 plus minutes
April's Last Sparker Standing - Sign up for this one! Weigh in on April 1, 5, 12, 19, 26 and 30th. If you weight is lower than the previous weigh in - you stay and if you have not lost weight - you are out. Let's see how many of us can end the month on a losing streak.
