I lost almost 50 pounds here on Sparkpeople but have recently gained most of it back. I am starting over and getting healthy again. I miss the person I was when I was exercising and eating right. Can't wait to become her again.

Thanks for adding me as a friend too. I don't have any exciting plans, but I did get up and workout before my family got moving. I always like that quiet time before it gets crazy in the house. Planning on making homemade veggie soup. How about you?

Heyyyy! Congrats on breaking the plateau! I don't know if you found the challenge or not, but I searched (in SP's search bar) Back on Track August 1. I don't think it's an actual challenge that you can list, only commit to. But it sounds like you're doing good! It's only August 2nd though, it's not too late!!! =)

So redid all of my goals, short and long term....and I am going to plan my menu daily the day before to help keep me focused for the long haul!!! How about you? What's your approach??? emoticon
