At my wedding, I was able to get down to 158lbs but didn't keep it off.





This is when I got down to about 158 the smallest I've been. I felt good and want to be there again!





Back up to 190lbs, but I'm actively changing it!

Stephanie's Weight Loss Page

So I started this spark page in college. I'm now two years out and back at it. I'm starting over and succeeding slowly with my husband. Currently we are going to the gym 4 times a week and we're slowing increasing our time on the elliptical. Soon we will add weights. We're also working on recording and decreasing our food intake which may be the trickiest for us!

1. Stay within my calorie range.
2. Aim for 1-2 pound(s) a week.
3. Go to the gym at least 4x a week
4. Log all my food daily!

My Program:
1) Trying to eat between 1200-1500 calories.
2) Elliptical Trainer for 60 minutes, 5x a week.
3) Slowly adding stregnth training

Hey, I am also a Macalester student trying to lose weight. It's awesome to know there's someone else in the same boat as me. I know how hard it is to eat healthy with all the stress of Mac homework. I have a similar goal to yours. I would love to be a support network with you.

Hiii. I'm totally in first year uni and I'm determiend not to gain the "freshman fifteen" Oh lord. It's been tough. Liike. chocolate...when you're studying? nothing better. I swear. It's so fabulous. However. I definitely don't want to gain weight. So. I totally undertand. Gooood lucccck! I'll be here for suppport! :D

Hey There! You are very brave to face this challenge at the same time as college. I couldn't face eating healthy until I left University.
