At my wedding, I was able to get down to 158lbs but didn't keep it off.




This is when I got down to about 158 the smallest I've been. I felt good and want to be there again!




Back up to 190lbs, but I'm actively changing it!

    I agree buddies are a great thing. So far though, I've not gotten one and perhaps I really should. I've had them in the past and it rocked!

    I wish my husband could be my exercise buddy, but right now, that's just not possible. Maybe some day!

    I already workout with my boyfriend and a girl from the softball team, but I would love to keep in contact with you and help motivate you, and if you need it we can start working out together (thought I think my bf would be disappointed to lose his workout buddy, so we might have to bring him along). It will be really hard with all these holidays, but just remember to use the SP resources. I have been to one party since starting my diet and it was really hard, but I made sure I planned for those calories and ate very balanced before that. I ended up at the high end of my spectrum, but still within it. Anyway, I look forward to keeping in touch. Hopefully this can be the motivation we each need to stay focused and keep going. If you feel yourself slipping, send me a message and I'll do my best to keep you going.
