The best advice I can give you is: NEVER GIVE UP! Even when you blow it, stick to your commitment to yourself. Nobody put extra pounds on your body but you. Nobody else can take them off of your body but you. The good news? NOBODY can stop you! Track, track, track, track, TRACK. The act of putting down every bite of food you eat on that tracker will hold you accountable as little else does. Same with your exercise. Whether you FEEL like it or not, DO it. That's harsh advice, I know, but it's making decisions about food for emotional reasons instead of rational reasons that packed on unneeded and unwanted pounds. Don't trust how you feel. That changes so easily. Trust your goals. Trust our trackers. Love yourself enough to DO it. Stay close to your SparkTeams. STAY involved.
