My Goals:
My foremost goal in life is to one day hear the Lord say to me, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:21).

Physically I'd like to have the energy to do the Lord's work.

My Program:
Faithfully for six months I logged in my food intake. That taught me to judge calories. Now that I'm at or near my goal, I log my calories as I feel the need or have the time. :)

I do back exercises and have recently added walking Miss Daisy. I want to add weight lifting as I become stronger.

Other Information:
Have we trials and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged; take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful, who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our ev'ry weakness, take it to the Lord in prayer.

emoticon I think wanting to please my heavenly Father is most important to me, but I think the nutrition and fitness trackers also have helped me to stick with it. I had lost all this weight before and gained it all back again.
When my internet was down for almost 2 weeks, ( I got it back the other day only to loose it 1/2 hour later, so we gave verizon the boot and are using CLEAR. net for our internet provider now.) Anyway, when I couldn't log on to the nutrition tracker, I gained back a few pounds, (3). :(
I'm sick right now with a fever and cold, so I'm not at all tempted by goodies. Soon as I'm better, I know that having the nutrition tracker back will keep me accountable. It helps because you know how many calories, proteins, carbs to eat. I also keep track of calcium, fiber, and water.

emoticon so much for the bicycle spark goodie. I love riding! Sorry I took so long to see and acknowledge it. My internet has been down for over a week! The repairmen just left, so Praise the Lord, I'm up and running again! Woo Hoo!
